Mayor’s Court
The Village of Marshallville does have a Mayors Court which handle's misdemeanors cited in the village.
Although it is called “Mayors Court” it is not conducted by the Mayor but by the Wayne County Magistrate Mr. Corey Spitler. Magistrate Spitler has been employed by the Village of Marshallville since August of 1999 in compliance with the ruling set down by the Ohio Supreme Court.
